This initiative introduces tools like the Resolution Center and the 1-day SLA to ensure that sales velocity, onboarding, and renewals are predictable and efficient. It moves the producer from a messenger to an expert advisor with full visibility into the underwriting process.
The Protection Assessment is a reimagined, benefits-first property evaluation that replaces the traditional inspection process. It focuses on your client’s safety and provides clear, actionable steps to resolve property vulnerabilities.
The Protection Insights Report is the digital asset that translates an assessment into transparent data. Available in both the Agent Portal and the client’s SageSure account, it ensures you and your policyholder are working from the same information in real time.
Action items help the client understand that the professional recommendations protect their greatest asset. Each action item includes photos and clear guidance on what the potential hazard is and how to safeguard the property. This moves away from punitive compliance language toward a consultative approach.
